"Entering to The Black Cat store is like traveling in time. This traditional warehouse on Corrientes Street is the same one that my grandmothers used to go in search of spices recently arrived from exotic places. Seeing the black kitten in a bag or a can brings to mind flavors, aromas, family meals, midday and delicious snacks.
Beautiful glass jars, bouquets of peppers, saffron, ginger, turmeric, exhibited in those exquisite counters and cabinets of oak and Italian ash.
Is quite an experience to sit in the Thonet chairs of the cafeteria to enjoy a gourmet tea or a freshly ground coffee with a croissant ."
